2008 Novaseal automatic film to film food grade Packaging and Heat Sealing Machine. Produces a four sealed side package with heights up to 6". Manual load system with speeds of 10-15 packages per minute with automatic mode modifications (addition of hopper or robotic placement) to 20-30 packages per minute. Nitrogen flush upgrade available as well for extended shelf life. Product size range of 8"X9"X6"H with tooling changes available from the manufacturer. Currently set for round products (tortillas, pitas, small pizzas), but can be re-tooled to any shape. Top film can be heavier than bottom film. Designed for solid products, not liquids.
