The AmeriPak Series 30 tray sealer is a compact automatic tray sealer, packing impressive performance into a small footprint. The Series 30 is ideal for applications requiring high output from a small physical space. The TD30M accommodates film widths up to 10.5″. This versatile tray sealer handles a wide range of container sizes with the pop-out interchangeable tray pallets.
The tool-free, quick-change tray pallets are manufactured from 3/4” aluminum plate. Use the TD30M’s dual-lane capacity to seal smaller containers two at a time. The seal drum temperature is continually monitored by a thermocouple, and consistent temperature is maintained with a solid state controller. Casters and a 110-volt electrical supply make the TD30M portable and flexible in operating the machine in a convenient location. The stainless steel and aluminum construction is ideal for strict sanitary applications.
