The Wulftec Wave stretch wrapping system offers versatility for various applications and is suited to many industries. The Wave eliminates film-loading downtime due to film changeover with its carousel-mounted film carriage system. It comes with up to four complete No-Thread® powered pre-stretch film carriages, for continuous-operation film reloading. When the machine processes one roll, it automatically replaces the empty spool with a new roll—no operator intervention required.
Operator safety is built into the Wave, with a Category 3 safety package included. The Wave also features Wulftec’s human-safe film-loading zone, located outside the wrapping zone and equipped with its own safety devices, which do not interfere with the wrapping process. The operator can reload the stretch film roll safely without stopping the machine.
